The "very tall man" is an extremely tall and slim man who wears glasses.

History

He once taught Nelson a lesson after Nelson laughed at him by making Nelson taking off his pants, so everyone could laugh at him. He drives a Volkswagen Beetle.

He was also seen on a bus to New York.

He shops at Royal Majesty for the Obese or Gangly Gentleman and attended the Cheech and Chong performance, being the only one tall enough to have his head above the smoke.
