The Commandant is the director of Upward Bound, a behavior modification facility in Oregon.

History

After Bart was behaving badly, Homer took him here and The Commandant told Bart to kiss his childhood goodbye. At first, Homer mistakes him for a colonel but he isn't. When Homer comes back to get Bart again, the Commandant tells Homer that his credit card was rejected before Homer makes a break for it, throwing another credit card at him as he left.
