The Bogey Man is a comic story in Simpsons Comics 63. It was released in October 2001. It was also featured in the book Simpsons Comics Barn Burner.
Mr. Burns wants to build a golf course in the Springfield Natural Preserve, but when he discovers that one of those who protested against the course is Lisa Simpson, a Chickadee, he realizes his old honor and challenges her in a battle of badges.
